Little Sisters are hiring Big Sisters! There is no better time than now to apply. Our Littles are looking for Big Sisters that are present, NOT perfect. We believe in the power of mentorship and the little moments that make it happen. Whether it is eating ice cream, playing outside or watching a movie, every interaction is important. As a Big Sister you will be:
- PREPARED with training to be an effective mentor
- SUPPORTED with guidance and advice from your professional Match Support Specialist to help navigate your mentoring relationship
- ENGAGED with Big Sister-sponsored activities, monthly activity calendars, social media posts with activity ideas
- CONNECTED with the Big Sister Boston community of fellow volunteers, donors, partners, and staff — plus you’ll have the opportunity to join professional development groups like our New Girls Network
