On February 25, more than 250 guests attended our 4th annual Fashion Show at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel featuring Designer Denise Hajjar’s spring 2014 collection. The event, led by co-chairs Carol McKean and Don Rodman raised more than $100,000 to benefit Big Sister’s mission of helping girls achieve their full potential by providing them with positive mentoring relationships with women.

During the cocktail reception, guests mingled with Big and Little Sisters who donned their favorite fashion attire and “Big Sister/Little Sister” purple sashes. Following the cocktail rception, guests received a welcome from the Emcee and Master of Ceremonies, Susan Wornick of WCVB. Wornick told the audience that although she would be retiring from television this week, she would not retire from supporting Big Sister’s cause.

At the end of the night, guests bid on fantastic auction prizes including an African Safari, a Tuscan Villa Vacation, and a Boston Bruins Luxury Suite.
