Meet Big Igniter Carolyn Casey

Posted 10/20/2016

During the weeks leading up to Big in Boston on November 12, we will be recognizing our Big Igniters. These are women who are creating a better Boston for the next generation. Like Big Sister Boston, these women embody the vision of a community in which every child has access to the care and support they need to thrive.

Meet Carolyn Casey, the third of our Big Igniters who will be recognized in the weeks leading up to Big in Boston on 11/12. Carolyn is igniting change as the Founder and Executive Director of Project 351, a nonprofit organization that is building a youth service movement forged in the values of kindness, compassion, humility, and gratitude. Carolyn also co-founded a peer mentoring forum for female executives of non-profit organizations in Greater Boston, as a means to strengthen the capacity and collaboration of the city’s non-profit sector.
